NDIS supportBrain injury and neurological support
Practical support at home and in the community for people living with an acquired brain injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other neurological conditions. Built around your routines, your goals and the plan your health team has already set.

Conditions in this group
Every brain injury and neurological condition affects people differently. These are the conditions families most often ask us about in this group.
- Acquired brain injury
- Traumatic brain injury
- Stroke
- Cerebral palsy
- Epilepsy
- Hydrocephalus
What support can look like
Support is shaped around how the condition affects your day, whether that is memory, fatigue, mobility, communication or confidence.
Working with your health team
Many people in this group already have a rehabilitation or clinical team, such as a neurologist, occupational therapist, speech pathologist or physiotherapist. We follow the routines, strategies and plans they set, including any seizure management plan or mealtime plan, and we let them know if something changes.
Where a plan needs specific skills, such as seizure management, we confirm the right workers are trained and available before support starts.

Good to know
A diagnosis on its own does not decide NDIS eligibility or what is funded. The NDIA looks at how a permanent impairment affects daily life. For specialist information, organisations such as Brain Injury Australia, the Stroke Foundation and the Epilepsy Foundation are good places to start.
iCare4U provides practical in-home and community support. We do not diagnose conditions or provide medical treatment. The supports we can offer depend on your goals, your plan and funding, your service agreement and worker availability, and we’ll be honest with you about whether we’re the right fit.
